Well that was my relationship with Pro Green. An excellent MC that went the N-Dubz sellout route and made music that didn’t talk to me, though I’m glad it got him where it did (the urban elite that listen to Chris Moyles).
However, the fact that Pro is fundamentally a hard MC comes through on this track, along with a mere glimpse of the mega talent that is Mavrick Sabre. I am going to iTunes to buy this so that the label can really see what Pro is made of and help him put out more street records. Anything to hear more lyrics like the Jumanji one… too dope. True Tiger on the beat by the way.

Lil Wayne’s ‘Rebirth’ Leaks

The good plumbers at RapRadar reported another leak today, and this one’s a doozy. Lil Wayne’s highly-anticipated and heavily pushed back ‘Rebirth’ (his ”rock” album) has been shipped to 500 people by Amazon. I wonder if Birdman et al, will make up the lost revenue by suing the Amazonians?
And so… in an effort to discourage people supporting the leak, I’d like to offer an alternative black male rock lead. Ladies and gentlemen, Hootie and the Blowfish…
