So we always knew that when Kanye and 50 Cent famously went head to head on album sales in Sept 07 (Kanye’s ‘Graduation’ Vs Fif’s ‘Curtis’) – it was all one big set up, with Viacom, Interscope and Island Def Jam fanning the flames. However, if you read between the lines, or look at the video below for crystal confirmation, 50 has been saying that Kanye didn’t camp up the campaign as much as he should’ve, hence the follow on disses. The full interview will be out on Fuse soon, but until then.
Well – the let down continues. This really isn’t the complete record for me. Jay is STILL better than 90% of rappers – even on this record, but the highlight is Kanye. Not really impressed but Jay is still my favourite rapper and always gets the benefit of the (Reasonable) doubt.
Well the video (directed by Kanye) has nothing to do with the song, and by any other standards is whack, aside from the fact that my hormones will not allow me to hate on it. So here it is, Drake, minus any value from Kanye, but with Hot Chicks in…’The Best I Ever Had’

No doubt this track seriously will grow on you, right now it’s all I’m bumping. Kanye changed style this time around and has developed such a rep he simply cannot do any wrong……..and Yup! he’s still dropping bombs.
Oh yeah, the single is a testament to what the new album, 808s and Heartbreak, will sound like; lots of synths and funky to the max! Plus, to top it all off, he’s launching the album ahead of schedule, on November 25th.
A month that cannily enough is also due to have new albums by Common with Universal Mind Control, and the Lovesoul.tv fav, Jay-Z, Blueprint 3. Maaaan we can’t wait for November!!
